Project Surginator

Project Surginator is a sensor designed to measure storm surge levels during Hurricance and other weather events. Data is stored to flash, live via the cellular network and can be also be viewed over web bluetooth. Surginator also records water temperature and salinity.

Project Vivian

Project Vivian is a Disdrometer (a device to measure hydrometeor size distribution) which we are using for Hail research. Each impact to the disdrometer has it's waveform stored for energy calculation and hydrometeor categorization. This device can differentiate beteween hail and rain. The project gets it's name from the Vivian Hailstone.
